Is that no one understands it.

I’m not trying to be some elitist hipster but a lot of people complain that they can’t understand his voice. Granted, his vocals lack diction. Listen to the new album for example, it’s sonically a masterpiece, his voice rides on top of these beautiful melodies in songs like “Holocene” but whether or not you can understand his voice shouldn’t matter. This applies especially on songs such as “Beth/Rest” (I can’t recite a single lyric from it, only the vocal melody).

The point i’m trying to get across is that his voice IS an instrument whereas say like Ke$ha is just so gimmick trying to reinvent the wheel a million times over. This is what music is truly meant to be.
